How do I export transparent textures in Milkshape3d?

My question was rather what options I need checked in exporting, I did post a picture. If anyone can export it for me I can send it to you to export on your own. The tansparency works for the projectile, but not for the weapon.

Extrude:
Just check translucent and make the texture transparent.

No, do what Blastdown said.
You don't need to make the image transed.

Doesn't the additive make that texture glow?
