That doesn't look like a bot and I doubt he can make a connection spammer. He's probably just using up arrow + enter and is leaving and joining very fast.

those aren't pictures of his chatbot.
He has some artificial, "intelligence" bot that he's been using all day.
It's safe to say that this kid is annoying as hell and he should be banned along with user, "%1".
