Concepts, we are missing generic concepts.
Let's think of the things you would have to encounter when making a VTOL
Scripting a vehicle that can change from going up and down to forward and backwards. the best we have would be say adding the Height Control Mod to a fighter jet so you can make it go up vertically. But if you wanted to make it a toggled vehicle, where it goes from up and down only controls to a normal flight plane, you would need more work (As I guess)
The only hard part about this would be those things. Its like making a submarine. You want to make it float and stay in water, but you also want it to go up and down and such.
I hope someone can put those together, Maybe Truce.
Oh, forgot, his ego disallows him from posting his billions of amazing mods that everyone wants.
