Playing as Cain, had about 7 hearts, then I took the cat when I beat The Fallen because I didn't realize the "have 1 heart" effect was part of the item Managed to collect some more hearts but I died in one of the rooms in Sheol that had several bosses in it, so I went back down to 1 Lost the rest of them going against The Fallen and dual Lokis |
