Question about Milkshape modeling.

What's the easiest way to make hollowed out cylinders without the sides being invisible from the inside?

Tools/Extended Primitives/Cylinders-tube.
or
Make a Cylinder then duplicate it then while still selecting the 2nd Cylinder Press Ctrl+shirt+F.

One more thing. Can Milkshape create BLBs?
What I'm trying to do is create tube-like bricks and a vehicle that goes through them, sort of like the tubes in the Lego Martian sets.

BLB files are simple code the game uses as a base for a preset brick code to form bricks.
In other words, nothing can make a BLB file except a human with brick knowledge
