Malfunction & Paperdemon abusing votekick!

I would like to point out a few things overall after you show proof, Moby1997 is not a really good host, I was about to say something about if its possible to show it to him and ask him to remove votekick, but Moby1997 in the other hand is not going to do anything because of the past drama topics he had (and yes of course its his server).
Overall when you see a server that has the votekick add-on, you know that its going to be one of the bad servers that you'll join, because people won't just use the votekick correctly. What I suggest is not stay in the server for awhile because you'll just get angry people at you for just doing the correct objective. I've had this problem before, one person kept votekicking me from one of my favorite server, but votekick just ruins everything.

it having to be approved by an admin before it can come to hand.

There is an add-on that has it currently, the Team Deathmatch gamemode, you have to enable it if you're the mini-game creator.
