The point is, I said he could, as in, there are no game mechanices to stop him from doing so, and that it's not against the rules of any decent cityrp I've ever played.
I never said he "should", much less did I say he should do so only to ruin the game because I hate cityrp servers.
There is a difference between "could"/"can" and "should", and you don't seem to understand that.

He was jailed several times, it is in the rules and every 'decent cityrp' you've played sucks.
