Integrated voice chat would be nice but the only way to really do this is to code it straight into the engine.
Any other method is overly complicated and is going to fail.

It's a tad harder to learn grammer if he is deaf, trying to learn how to use grammer after never hearing it.

Needing to download and run a seperate program does not feel integrated at all
