Nothing at all is wrong with gay marriage IMO. I mean, does it really make you cringe seeing 2 extremely happy males/females in love with each other spending their lives together in a meaningful way? How in the holy hell does that upset you? Live your life and let others live theirs, you have no right to dictate their life and take away their happiness.

I can understand where religious people are coming from. Marriage has traditionally been a union between a man and a woman under their god. However I can also see where gays are coming from, it is simply not fair to not be able to have the thousands of rights married men and women do. In any case I think that Civil Unions that are basically the same except in names are a good choice.
