I've done it like 15 times now, following everything, and I changed the settings.
Maybe your gravity is a bit lower? Can you tell me what the gravity was when you achieved this kick?

Here is a replay of me defeating Uke.
Notice how I anticipated his kick as I lifted my leg and he had an OH stuff moment.
