I have read all of your replies on this topic and followed them as best as I could, and nothing has changed. I understand that many people are complaining and you must be frustrated, but I am not bashing V20; I just want to get it working. |

I have set my Documents folder and me Downloads folder to read and write fro everything I possibly could and still nothing works. |
