Blockland: Sqlite Error
<< < (2/4) > >>
Lørd Tøny:
*Update

Okay it doesn't work after I clicked on the "Blockland Dedicated Server" icon. Then when the DED starts up I go to launch Blockland and it gives me the Sqlite error. However I don't get the Sqlite Error as long as I don't try to host a dedicated server.

*I would of put this in with the original post but I didn't realize I accidentally clicked the Dedicated server icon by accident, I might as well figure out how to host a DED server since I posted this.
Badspot:
When I click the dedicated server icon it works and I can run the game at the same time.  So I don't know what to tell you.  You could specify a different folder for your dedicated server by running BlocklandLauncher.exe -dedicated -profilePath "C:\Whatever\Blockland"

Arotia (A Blockland friend of mine) is having the same problem but its even worse. Arotia can't play the game at all and he is on a Windows Vista computer btw. He can load blockland just fine but once he joins or even plays a singleplayer game, the Sqlite error happens. I tried to help him and we tried everything. We changed the path file to different paths multiple times, he uninstalled and reinstalled the game, the permissions for the folder allowed to write on that folder, we made the game run as admininstrator, we deleted the cache multiple times, and we made the folder not read only. As you can see we tried everything and yet Arotia still encounters this error. So is all Windows Vista users experencing this or just a few? And how much users are impacted by this big problem?

Arotia should run a disk checker. See http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Check-your-hard-disk-for-errors.

Arotia may not come back on Blockland because he tried way too many times to make this game work. I just posted what I said so Badspot can fix this issue that some people are having. It was in the past but now its even worse in V20.
