I am having less problems with V20 than I did with V19. If you have any idea how to use a computer at all the addon placement issue shouldn't be one. I'm not sure about the norton problem but I AM sure there's a way to add an exception to the launcher.

Seriously the only thing that can go wrong are errors on your own computer's fault.

The update IMO is pretty good.

Same with the Burnt Glass UI edit add-on, which I've always wanted.

I didn't make this thread because I think v20 is bad, I am just saying that people are having issues about it and its something people should realize.

I never said the update was a failure, I just wasn't impressed.

It was flat out stated that v20 was going to bring no new content at all.  It's just a new updater tool, it's not supposed to impress anyone except for how easily new updates will be downloaded.
