v20 No longer possible to use custom brick textures/custom skins?

Seriously people, everyone begged now for v20. and now everyone hates it? How fast the community change.
BTW, everyone is a friend here:
1. Download Textures.
2. Put them in your folder.
3. Set files to read-only.
4. Profit.
