Haha, no.
The ping averaged 135-145ms when it had 60 players.
I live only 70 miles away from the server.
If a person from the west coast or Europe joined, their ping would probably be above 170 which is way over the acceptable range.

I am on the west coast :x and I joined when it had 40+ players.
