v19->v20 wipes your RTB friend list?

i was talking to furling on steam and he said when he upgraded to v20 it wiped his RTB friend list. i dont really use RTB except for the mod manager so i dont know how the whole friend list thing works, is there a fix for this?
furling had me post because i could explain it better :D

I can only assume this is related to RTBv4.

All RTB information is stored in a client sided file that does not transfer over to the next version of Blockland.

RTB4 friends lists aren't stored like that.
