Kalphiter is completely correct, homing missiles should be renamed to (inavoidable sniper missiles). They never miss, therefore you have cigarettes who just fly over and nail the carriers, (any player in a plane) non-stop.

Fix the issue.

Like a vehicle that jams planes rockets in the area and makes them hit friendlies
And it isnt detected by rockets

How so? I never have any client lag on it and without them it'd just be empty space.
