Dedicated in v20

Title says it all, the console loads but the game screen isn't there, please help.

The title does not say it all, and you've described what sounds like a normally functioning dedicated server. A dedicated server will not load a game window to accompany it.

So do I load the ded server then open a game window like normal?

You load the dedi server and then open a normal BL window and join it through LAN.
