How do i package a sound/decal based mod?

Faces/Decals, Include:
description.txt
namecheck.txt
thumbs (folder: Make sure the images in here are the same name as the images in the Decal_YOURITEMNAMEHERE)
AnyImagesYouHaveForYourDecal/Face
