It really seems like they just want to make each game more ridiculous than the last.
But I think that's the right thing to do. Rockstar takes GTA too seriously for what it is.

Showed this to my friends and they want to get it now. One of them never played a Saints Row game before and they were freaked out over the fact that there was a huge purple carrot weapon.
Also they updated their website a little bit, if you link your account you can see your stats on the site and stuff.
