It's pretty fun to do, and it works decently in a helicopter if you fly low.
EDIT: What DLC has the Saints VTOL and tank, that stuffs swag.
EDIT 2: Found out that the Challenger is customizable, not sure if the mod is needed or not but it works. Also, you can put (non working) hydraulics on the crusader with the Customize anything mod.
No, the 10 mil and respect isn't legit, its my cheat codes save that I used when I'm bored
