Saints Row. They are coming out with a new GTA in a few months anyway.

This is a bit ridiculous, and be warned that it can get a little... outrageous. So if your family isn't very accepting, it's not advised. And as Extrude said, GTA 5 is on the way, so getting GTA 4 is a bit counterproductive.
