the AA has little-to-no effect on fps either which is loving awesome
also i bought all the dlc minus the season pass and the cheats pack

Okay so I'm about to start the mission beligian duck surprise special, i save and stop playing, then the next time I start I restart the program about 10 times, and when it finally works everything looks like this
Is there any solution? Also before everything was like this
Should I reinstall the game? If so will I have to start over or do I keep progress via like steam cloud?
