Personally, PC. The video editor and TF2 heads make it seem worth it, plus people are likely to release mods. Its also $50 on PC and I think its $60 for console but im not sure.

From what I understand, this Saints Row is no longer serious and is supposed to be funny and you no longer cut yo hos.

Yeah, its suppose to be Funny and Not Serious. That's why I love it.
