Mr. Nobody's Ballroom <FINISHED>

Added the balcony top finally. Will be accessible via stairs eventually. However, the doors won't open, as you aren't supposed to be able to leave the Ballroom.

I'm planning to have a door open that lets you get to some stairs to get to the balcony..

Not 'nearly done'. We still need some side hallways/rooms and a staircase going to the balcony.
We are nearly done with the main ball room though.
