Oh also, I apparently did not push the 19 to 20 update out correctly so many people are just cruisin' around on v19 oblivious that they can't post a server and joining will have a million non-cdn file downloads. Should be fixed now.

oh, so that's why there hasn't been a flood of servers/people that tends to occur when an update is made?
