i dont get why people say it's impossible

it's probably literally just a GuiBitmapControl stretched across your screen with a clientCmd function to change the blood image according to a value. and the server handles when it will send the clientCmd to change it.

any other way more complex would be really silly

Its pretty awesome, it will take at least 4 months to make this.

I could literally make it in an hour or two.
All it would be is a mod that shows a picture when the server tells it to.
Not a big deal.
