Alright, I've decided. I'd like my skill changed to Jury Rigging: The ability to repair weapons and armor with remotely similar items, and able to create improvised weaponry(Railway Rifle, Dart Gun, etc.).

Yeah, I'm sure. Increased firearms skill is good and all, but a Railway Rifle sounds better.
