Parents going to bed now, apparently we are going to have a big "conversation"argument tomorrow.

also, you said that you only have one uncle that lives in the same state as you, australia has states? Did I just learn something new? or did you just mean state, the way it is supposed to mean, as in country?

Australia has 7 states but is one country.
Western Australia (me)
Northern Territory
Southern Territory
Tasmania
Queensland
Victoria
New south Whales
Though you could argue about the territories being states.

They seriously need to think about their child, he needs a bit of a stable normal life.
Seriously, changing stuff like that for a year does nothing good for a child.

And while i get that they are old and want to do stuff with their lives they must understand that they still have a child to care for!

Parents of Clone v.117, get some sense, don't do this to your kid, when he moves out you are free to go and do what you want wherever you want, but you still got something to care for.
That is the responsibility that comes with having kids.
