I'd get a bigger monitor first, cause you won't get much benefit with a 1366x768 monitor from your current GPU.

This maybe? The cost/quality is great. The only issue I have with this is the slight backlight bleeding (I own it)

The one that you linked to doesnt have an adjustable base. It is also 100-150 dollars more expensive than the Asus.

Nobody gives a stuff about design when all you're looking at is the screen area. Also, the one you posted has Samsung's horrendous touch buttons.
