Lol, make sure you have it facing the right way and such, it should require a bit of force, but not too much.

When you attempt to install it from the LiveCD or Install DVD, it will ask you if you want to install it along Windows/BSD/OSX/Other distro

I'm not so sure that the budget-i3 actually utilizes the full bus bandwidth. The Xeon also scored higher on the benchmark Koopa posted, not to mention it has twice as many cores as the i3.

I do this, im so gentle with everything. The first time i took a piece of RAM out of a computer i was so scared it would break.

I think everyone gets nervous about how much force to use when removing or inserting components for the first time.

I was on Skype the other day having a chat about how much anxiety I get switching on a newly installed PSU for the first time lolol. Brace for burning smell.
