I would be surprised that if a parent has a child that goes to middle school, plans on eating at mcdonalds, and the workers at mcdonalds would say that "Your child cannot eat here because he goes to middle school". Now that would piss off the parent, where the fact that the parent could send this on the news or something, pretty much chewing out the manager and also sending a complaint letter to the main management of mcdonalds.

If a store refuses to serve muslims, you can sue. Stores have allow everybody service. Only restrictions they can enforce are age and gender.

Pretty much this. The only Federal law applies to "race, color, religion, or national origin".
