Any GOOD Roleplay Modes?

I know theirs Core RP, but that gets REALLY boring after a while. I know their was a mode that got banned for being overused or something like that. But does anyone know a good RP that could be used for Fallout Roleplays?

Iban's CityRPG mode was failed for abusiveness. EXAMPLE - A server command to let Iban grant himself admin.
RPCore is glitchy and buggy, but it's still pretty nice. Kind of like a polished turd.
NiXiLL's CityRP was good while it lasted, but it's gone now :c
Gunner hosts the best Fallout RP, even if it only gets hosted every once and a while because he is almost never on.
A good idea to make a roleplay is get some type of chat mod like Desochat or Gunner's, if you can find it, and use VCE to make variables for cash, jobs, stuff like that.

Use this. It's easy to use and allows for a lot of creative freedom .

Just role play, you don't always need fancy scripts and stuff.
Sometimes those things limit your fun and makes things boring themselves.
