But they are hosting, playing etc! It's just blank! It doesn't show anything

Damn, now everytime I try to open the RTB overlay it opens the Steam overlay. And I don't want to re-bind the Steam overlay so it isn't the same as RTB because then it will change in all of my other games! Help
