I'm in AP US History and US Lit for junior year. The workload is a bitch. My history teacher's method of teaching is to send us home with 10+ page densely worded packets, of which about a page of the information is relevant to what we need to know. But she checks off to see if there are notes in the margin anyway.
We read The Scarlet Letter in less than a week, reading 3-5 chapters a night, and sometimes one in class.
But I'm not complaining, this is just how school works I guess. I wish it wasn't this crappy, but I'm not about to call my teacher a cigarette for having high expectations of the class.
