How do you find someones ID out of game?

Although this topic is truly terrible, to the best I can interpret from the terrible grammar of the topic post and the almost completely empty topic post, he wants to know how you find what someone's ID is. Go into the Advanced settings and scroll down. You should see a checkbox for BL ID.

Go to Options-Advanced and Check "Show IDs in Player List"
Then when you're in game press F2 to view them.
