Unfortunately this depends on where you were killed. My recommendation is to go find him and kill him and take your items back. What's the fun in having an admin make him give it back?

Constantly killing in the Spawn Town.
I went and tried to kill them into submission but they're just randomly spawning and clicking so meh. Gave up on them.
