ban them. skills should loose 10% effectivity when you die IMO. like if you're level 100 in any skill, you die and you loose 10 levels, but if you're level 10 you only loose 1 level.

Prove yourself to be a consistently responsible, reasonable member of the server. You need to be active on the server, of course, and demonstrate an ability to assist other users and answer questions. You must have a clean record (no bans, no trouble).
The issue with Racivor and Kennilyn is solved. I didn't expect to have problems with them again, but neither of them have proved mature enough to handle being a part of the server without causing havoc of some kind.
