I guess not. I believe it was talked about, but I don't think we've ever had it implemented. Oh well, we've got it now, so who cares! :D

there needs to be a plugin like mystcraft where players could make their own worlds to live in
that would be great

Wouldn't that eliminate a large chunk of the multiplayer experience? If everyone is living in their own worlds by themselves, then why not just play single player?
