in all seriousness that bow can probably be repaired once since of all those enchantments.

There seems to be a problem with the mod group's permissions or something. At the moment I can't place blocks, chat, or do anything on the server besides walk around (kind of like a visitor.)
Edit: Interestingly enough I can however do the broadcast command and do the lightningbolt and other attack commands.

Summerset has been griefed and all of my horses have been murdered. except my donkeys.
