The way Jeb has been talking, he is avoiding breaking worlds. The seed will likely generate the same except for Jungles being added. Trifax might be able to make a new world, and then port over major structures into the new world.
Rugged:
There are only 3 main cities/colonies.
Also, anybody willing to help renovate Sea Colony let me know. So far we have:
