I know, thankfully this has only happened once and I know beyond doubt that it's not something to mess with. I understand it's a massive turn-off to valued server-goers. Sorry for the inconvenience everyone.

Great place to start a shop, or apartments!
Hell, if someone makes a nice apartment structure and has people rent, I'll start paying them to run it.
