Update on my colony; it will now be named the Lost Colony, due to it being in the middle of nowhere. Now, don't let that fool you, as it still looks fairly nice and it's still growing.
I currently have one more 12x12 lot for sale, 9 iron ingots. In an area I'm currently working on, there is two 8x8 lots for sale, 3 iron ingots each. I will still sell to anybody reliable.
Now this is not necessary, but whoever builds public spaces (such as a train station, apartment area, public mine/farm, etc.) on these lots will be paid by me, iron and gold depending on how much profit they gain. Do note that I am not asking for a cut of their profit, they will keep their profit AND my pay.~
