Three 12x12 lots, two 8x8 lots!
8x8's are 3 iron ingots, and two of the 12x12's are 6. The third is 9 ingots, and in the main-walled part of the town.
I'll lower the price for someone to build an apartment structure, in the main area. And if it's often used, I'll start paying you to keep it clean and under control!
