Friend having a problem with Key Validating

This is what he sent me.

He claims that the Console Log says nothing about the game failing to connect.

He apparently thinks having RTB was the problem before. The problem was RTB itself crashed the main game's auth server. It had nothing to do with a person having it, it was people having it breaking the game for everyone else unintentionally. However, that was fixed. Also, if he was banned, could it be possible he got his key deactivated as well?

The key deactivation seems possible, he was told if he messed up again it would be deactivated though he didn't mess up again far as I know
