Event the spawns to recover vehicles?

There is a simpler way to do this, just script the /recovervehichles function to schedule it to take place after a peroid of time, over and over again like a loop. This is really easy to do and only takes a matter of seconds to script something like this. Also if you would like to turn the schedule loop off and on at anytime, just make a cmd command for that.
