Will Physics Work Over LAN?

I made an amazing game of Pumpball before realizing it will go in a different direction for the both of us...

As Sulfate said, this isn't determined by connection, it's simply by the client. The person's computer dictates how this is treated. If you have very similar setups and such, it shouldn't differ too much.
