Badspot's server, candle player light?

Also on Badspot's server, the standard player has no jets. (At least last time I checked.) He doesn't even need an add-on to do this when he can modify copies of the default game files for his own server.

I implemented both features with simple add-ons.

The flickering light is just the candle light effect copied over to the "PlayerLight" datablock. No jets is a simple one liner.
