how to port foward with verizion fios router

i have verzion fios.
but i do not know how to port foward on there. YES
i followed the guide.but that does not show up
PLZ FOR THE GOD SAKE OF THE CHILDREN HELP!

All the guide website does is hold your hand through navigating the control panel. Spend a minute or two looking through it and you'll find the port forwarding page, from there you can follow a guide for another other router, or post screenshots of it here and we can tell you what to put in.


Also, Fios is an internet service, not a router.
