I use the same authoritarian technique on my server, but with less severity.

It's more of a nomocracy however, because I base my punishments off of common sense. I tell my admins to do the same, and we follow basic code.

so basically, my admins aren't always right and therefor must swallow their pride to maintain their positions.

the rules are made by me though, and if the rules are always right in this situation...
then I'm always right.

seriously, if you want to run a server, adopt nomocracy. It's just a masked dictatorship
